Reserving a Clubhouse Rental

If you are trying to rent the clubhouse, YOU MUST PAY before you are able to block the date. If you choose not to pay on line, you must turn a copy of the contract and your 2 checks, one for $250 rental, one for $500 Security deposit. PLEASE read the contract, You must own in the community, you must be up to date on your dues, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON THE WALLS, ALSO, do not leave the doors propped open, it is causing the air conditioner to sweat and stain the ceiling tiles

How do I pay my Monthly Dues
After signing on to the website, it will bring you to your dashboard. Your pending payments will be listed with a link to pay through Stripe. If you choose to pay with a charge card there is a 1.83 charge, if you pay through your bank, there is not a fee. You also have the option to utilize the clubhouse mailbox and placing a check in the box to the left of the door.
How do I rent the clubhouse
You must be a homeowner to rent the clubhouse. After signing up to the website, it will bring you to your member dashboard. The amentaties calendar is on your dash board, you can pay on line the fees for the rental and security deposit. Rental is $250, Security Deposit is $500. You must be up to date on your dues. DO NO Sign the contract, unless you read it. Your reservation will only be held for 48 hours if payment is not made, after 48 hours it will be denied.
How do I contact management?

Can I lease my home out
Yes you can. Anyone over the age of 18 must pay a fee for a background check and you must receive approval from the board. The copy of the lease must be provided to the board.
