UPDATE: work this weekend 6/19

Good Morning, TODAY, Fri 6/19 the paver company will be starting the repairs. The awning company will be taking down 2 of the structures and start on the large one in the back of the pool. We are waiting on the fence company to modify the gate so the key fob company can complete the install of the NORTH Gate. We are doing our best to keep the pool open. An update will be posted tonight with status of the work. Thank you for your patience during this upgrade.

RENTAL SCREENING REMINDER

If you are leasing your property, all tenants over the age of 18 must go through the application process. There is a $150 for each applicant. Copy of the lease must be given to the association. Please do not be in violation of this rule.

Pool Awning

The Awning Company will be starting to work around the pool area tomorrow, Wednesday 6/10/26. Two of the awnings on the brick paver area will be taken down due to decay. The others will be painted and replaced with new blue awnings. The awning company will let us know in the morning if or when the pool will have to be shut down. We will keep you posted. We should be receiving the quotes to fix all the pavers that are sinking or had to be taken up because of the fence, so that should be starting as soon as we decide on the company. Please do not go near the north end of the pool where the pavers were removed. We had the key fob company come out to see about moving the key fob to the new gate, we are waiting to hear from them. When the pool is open, please use the South Gate until further notice.

POOL FENCE INSTALL

NOTICE TO HOMEOWNERS: Fence work is starting around the NORTH side of the pool area During constructions, please USE the SOUTH side of the clubhouse. We are making every effort to keep the pool open and accessible during the project. However, for the safety of the residents and contractors, all directions must be followed. If residents do not comply with these safety requirements, the pool may be temporarily closed unil the work is completed. Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation. UPDATE; NEW FENCE INSTALLED, WAITING ON THE KEY FOB COMPANY TO MOVE THE KEY FOB.

How do I pay my Monthly Dues
After signing on to the website, it will bring you to your dashboard. Your pending payments will be listed with a link to pay through Stripe. If you choose to pay with a charge card there is a 1.83 charge, if you pay through your bank, there is not a fee. You also have the option to utilize the clubhouse mailbox and placing a check in the box to the left of the door.
How do I rent the clubhouse
You must be a homeowner to rent the clubhouse. After signing up to the website, it will bring you to your member dashboard. The amentaties calendar is on your dash board, you can pay on line the fees for the rental and security deposit. Rental is $250, Security Deposit is $500. You must be up to date on your dues. DO NO Sign the contract, unless you read it. Your reservation will only be held for 48 hours if payment is not made, after 48 hours it will be denied.
How do I contact management?

Can I lease my home out
Yes you can. Anyone over the age of 18 must pay a fee for a background check and you must receive approval from the board. The copy of the lease must be provided to the board.
